Sr. Engineering Manager

Own the technology strategy, product roadmap, and engineering delivery for a portfolio of critical finance applications supporting financial reporting and risk management under regulatory compliance.

Lead major transformation and regulatory technology programs including cloud modernization, AI adoption, and core system migrations ensuring operational continuity and control.

Manage security, resilience, service levels, and support operations for finance applications, including stakeholder communication and audit representation.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

At least 15 years of enterprise technology experience with at least 7 years leading engineering teams including managers and technical leaders.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, modern web technologies, and experience migrating applications/databases to public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud.

Experience managing finance, accounting, treasury, risk, or regulatory reporting applications in a controlled environment with knowledge of financial data controls and regulatory requirements.

Senior leader experienced managing large engineering teams and complex, regulated finance technology portfolios with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Strong background in cloud platforms (particularly Google Cloud) and modern software engineering practices including microservices, containerization, and infrastructure as code.

Proven ability to lead transformation programs balancing regulatory deadlines, operational resilience, security, and continuous delivery in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
