Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
At least 15 years in enterprise technology or application engineering; at least 7 years managing engineering teams including managers and leads.
Strong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, and modern web technologies; experience with Google Cloud or equivalent public cloud platforms.
Experience with finance/regulatory reporting applications in controlled environments and leading complex cloud migrations without compromising financial data integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technology delivery for financial services applications with strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, CECL, IFRS 9).
Proven ability to coordinate large technical teams via managers, balancing engineering governance with rapid delivery in regulated, mission-critical domains.
Skilled in cloud modernization on Google Cloud stack, generative AI integration, and managing stakeholder expectations at senior executive levels.
