Infrastructure Engineer III- Network Operation Merchant Services

Own end-to-end incident, problem, and change management for infrastructure systems supporting applications at scale.

Drive service delivery, lifecycle management, and service evolution including vendor and client relationship management.

Lead and mentor team members; develop functional goals aligned to broader infrastructure strategy; leverage AI-assisted tools for capacity and monitoring improvements.

Minimum 3 years of formal training/certification and applied experience in infrastructure engineering.

Expertise in network technologies including Routing & Switching (LAN, WAN), IP Services, Datacenter Technologies, and Optical networking.

Experience in banking, exchange, or global technology environment.

Proficiency or willingness to learn scripting languages (Python, Ansible) and use of protocol analyzers and capacity/monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Wireshark).

Experienced in customer-centric, enterprise infrastructure engineering roles within regulated/global environments.

Capable of independently applying critical thinking and validating AI-assisted infrastructure recommendations with strong security and audit compliance.

Demonstrates leadership potential by mentoring and driving process improvements leveraging automation and AI technologies.
