Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in testing, with 2-5 years specifically relevant to card lifecycle projects.
Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (specified qualification not detailed).
Strong understanding and experience with STLC, Defect Management Life Cycle, and Agile/Scrum testing.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, test management tools, API testing tools (Postman or SoapUI), and basic SQL for backend data validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Debit Card lifecycle including issuance, personalization, activation, and domestic transaction processing across ATM, POS, and e-commerce.
Familiarity with payment industry processes like authorization, clearing & settlement, issuer and acquirer flows, switch testing, and ISO 8583 message validation.
Capable of executing end-to-end card testing cycles and managing defect resolution with attention to detail and operational accountability.
