Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks for Optical DWDM equipment and protocols including OTN, GBE, DWDM, and NBI interfaces.
Execute manual and automated protocol-based testing across Layer 0 (DWDM) and Layer 1 (OTN, Ethernet) features, including system security and FCAPS.
Own product qualification deliverables, drive continuous integration and testing practices to enable faster, high-quality releases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, Computer Science, or EEE with strong academic record.
3+ years of experience in embedded optical network element system testing covering OTN, Ethernet, GMPLS, DWDM, and NBI interfaces such as CLI, NETCONF, RESTCONF, gRPC, and system security.
Proficiency in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and use of standard configuration and test management tools.
Strong programming skills in Python or similar for test automation framework development and maintenance.
