Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
6-9 years of professional embedded software development experience with hands-on skills and complex troubleshooting.
Advanced proficiency in C/C++ programming and strong knowledge of microprocessor architectures.
Experience with preemptive, multitasking Real-Time Operating Systems, preferably QNX; Agile development and automated unit testing experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced embedded software lead with firmware development history on MarkVIe or similar power generation control systems.
Strong familiarity with industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, Profibus, Profinet, Foundation Fieldbus, CAN, Industrial Ethernet) and cybersecurity practices in industrial control.
Proven leadership in global program execution and mentoring, comfortable navigating complex cross-disciplinary engineering challenges.
