Drive developer experience and engineering excellence initiatives such as CI/CD standardization, quality gates, observability standards, and adoption of AI-assisted tools.
Minimum Requirements
10-14 years of experience in related roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platform including PaaS, security, governance, networking, and operational practices.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform, and CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Experience building self-service platform capabilities, reusable automation templates, and supporting cloud governance patterns such as RBAC, policy as code, and secrets management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale cloud platform engineering with a strong focus on developer productivity and cloud governance within Microsoft Azure environments.
Proven track record of driving engineering excellence and developer experience improvements by building reusable templates, automation workflows, and standardized CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to collaborate effectively across security, architecture, and application teams to establish secure-by-default infrastructure and observability best practices.
