Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate Qualcomm internal stakeholders to deliver system integration, performance analysis, and issue resolution.
Drive system integration on customer hardware including BSP, driver bring-up, performance tuning, and ensuring alignment with safety and time-to-market requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years Software Engineering experience, OR Master's with 5+ years, OR PhD with 4+ years.
15+ years in senior engineering roles within Digital Cockpit/ADAS/AD domain at OEM, Tier-1, semiconductor or relevant tech supplier.
3+ years programming experience in C, C++, Java, Python or similar.
Experience with automotive system engineering including BSP integration, SoC architecture, embedded OS (QNX/Linux/Android), AUTOSAR, and safety/security standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).

Has extensive experience working directly with global OEMs on mixed critical Digital Cockpit and ADAS programs and automotive Tier-1 systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex matrix organizations without direct authority, aligning multiple stakeholders and customers.
Possesses deep technical expertise in embedded system integration, performance characterization, and familiarity with safety, security, and regulatory automotive frameworks.
