About This Role
- Lead architectural modernization of core financial systems, particularly tax engines, adopting state-of-the-art technologies including AI.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert mentoring engineers and leading a small team on complex design and programming problems.
- Manage multiple stakeholder communications and troubleshoot system issues with appropriate monitoring and alerting tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience with enterprise complex systems hosting.
- Proficiency in programming languages including C# and Java; experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with backend integration technologies, web services/APIs (GRPC, REST/OData/GraphQL), container systems (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Linux/Unix environments with advanced bash scripting, security best practices, and experience working across multiple geographies.

- Experienced in leading technical teams and cross-functional collaboration across US and India time zones.
- Technical expert comfortable with evaluating design approaches, building frameworks, and improving existing systems at scale.
- Skilled in troubleshooting with modern monitoring/alerting tools and able to run independently in a fast-evolving environment.
