Associate - Product Owner

Assist in defining and executing a tactical vision for product development focused on optimizing end-user experience and supporting the agile scrum team.

Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories, tasks, and bugs are clearly defined and ready for development.

Track and report product performance metrics using analytics tools; support development team by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria during agile ceremonies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.

1-2 years of work experience in product management, product owner, or related roles such as business analysis in IT/Fintech industry.

Experience with product backlog management and agile methodologies.

Work Experience Required: 1-2 years in relevant product management or related areas.

Familiarity with financial services, payment, online/mobile platforms, or digital and technology platforms, preferably with 1-2 years experience in these domains.

Operationally focused with ability to translate user needs into actionable product backlog items and acceptance criteria.

Comfortable working closely with scrum teams, product managers, and using analytics to inform product decisions.
