Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years experience building stakeholder relationships and identifying process issues to implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
Experience with quality management principles such as Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, or COPC is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Work location preference must be Bengaluru, Karnataka or Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strategic experience managing large-scale programs aligning quality initiatives to business strategies with measurable outcomes.
Strong data analysis and visualization skills using tools like SQL, Data Studio, or Tableau to derive insights and inform decisions.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments like content safety and product enforcement.
