Lead delivery of software through Agile squads, managing 2 squads of 5-9 members each to produce working software from requirements to production.
Own continuous improvement and metrics-driven delivery of 1 or more products or solutions, ensuring Agile governance, planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide coaching and leadership to squads, including potential line management of other squad leads, and lead additional cross-functional workstreams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10-12 years of relevant experience with successful delivery in regulated, complex multi-product environments with security and legislative requirements.
Proven Agile expertise including Scrum and Kanban, with certifications such as PSM, CSP, SAFe, or ICP-ACC.
Location: Gurgaon/Noida based role with required hybrid work (minimum 3 days per week in office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing distributed, globally dispersed Agile squads with mixed permanent and partner staff.
Broad technical knowledge including software architecture, DevOps, security, Generative AI, and technology stacks like .NET, Angular, SQL, MongoDB.
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and influencing senior executives in Agile transformations with metrics-driven delivery focus.
