Define and drive the enterprise product strategy for State Street’s GenAI and agentic AI platform covering the full platform stack.
Manage cross-platform prioritization and governance frameworks balancing enterprise and business line priorities, and represent Product in executive governance forums.
Lead and mentor Product Owner teams across pods, drive platform adoption across multiple business lines, and coordinate closely with Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Knowledge teams for execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12–17 years of product management experience including 5+ years in product leadership roles.
Proven experience in enterprise product strategy for AI/GenAI or agentic AI platforms.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

Experienced leader skilled at influencing senior executives and navigating complex, matrixed organizations to align product and business strategy.
Deep expertise in agentic AI platform capabilities, governance, risk, and business value realization in enterprise contexts.
Track record of scaling AI platform adoption across multiple business lines with strong operational delivery via agile and cross-functional models.
