Support analysis, maintenance, and enhancement of US healthcare data products, including large claims datasets and product validation.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, profiling, reconciliation, validation, and impact analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Data Engineering, and other teams to deliver high-quality data products and support client data delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology; Computer Science or related fields preferred.
1 to 3 years experience in healthcare analytics, product analysis, business/data analysis.
Strong hands-on skills with SQL, Power BI, and Excel; experience analyzing US healthcare claims and related datasets (medical, pharmacy claims, formulary, market-access).
Willingness to travel domestically/internationally up to 5%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working directly with US healthcare claims and market-access datasets such as McKesson Compile, Symphony PatientSource, MMIT, DRG Fingertip, or equivalents.
Skilled at investigating complex data issues, root-cause analysis, and applying practical solutions to improve healthcare data products.
Familiarity with product validation processes, cross-functional collaboration, and Agile product development environments.
