Develop and scale full-stack cloud-native annuity reinsurance platform features including contract management, transactions, billing, and reporting using React/Angular and microservices.
Design and deliver AI-enabled capabilities such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI assistants, knowledge search, prompt management, governance, and observability integrated with AWS services.
Build event-driven backend architectures with REST APIs, leveraging AWS components (Lambda, EventBridge, SNS, SQS), ensuring security, scalability, data integrity, and operational efficiency including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in AI/LLM application development.
Proficient in Full-Stack development with backend skills in Java/Spring Boot, Python/FastAPI, .NET Core, or Node.js/TypeScript and frontend experience in React or Angular.
Experience with AWS native services, event-driven architecture, microservices, and building secure REST APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced hands-on engineer skilled in full-stack development and deploying scalable AWS-native event-driven microservices.
Strong expertise in AI/ML lifecycle application development and integrating Generative AI technologies (Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) into enterprise-grade products.
Capability to take a product from MVP stage to production scale with focus on automation, observability, and AI governance controls in financial/reinsurance domains.
