Lead adoption and innovation of DevSecOps practices and cloud engineering capabilities across the enterprise.
Provide architectural guidance for cloud migrations, establish standards for multi-account AWS architectures, and drive cost optimization.
Design and implement security-by-default architectures, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring platforms with AIOps, and provide technical leadership including mentoring and cross-team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in DevSecOps/Cloud Engineering with deep hands-on technical expertise.
5+ years of experience architecting enterprise-scale AWS solutions in production environments.
Proficiency with AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Inspector, Security Hub, Config, Control Tower, and Organizations.
Expert-level knowledge of Terraform and Ansible, plus experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI), security automation, production Kubernetes/EKS, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technology leader capable of strategic and technical influence across teams in large-scale, regulated enterprises, especially in pharma or healthcare sectors.
Strong background in security automation, cloud architecture standards, FinOps, and platform engineering with a focus on operational excellence and risk mitigation.
Proven architect and hands-on engineer with multi-domain AWS expertise and a track record of driving cloud migrations, automation frameworks, and observability with AI/ML capabilities.
