HR Supplier Specialist (L07)

Manage the complete lifecycle of HR supplier relationships including onboarding, monitoring, payments, and offboarding.

Drive compliance with supplier management procedures working cross-functionally with Finance, Sourcing, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.

Maintain supplier risk profiles, monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery/service issues, and develop exit plans for high-risk dependencies.

Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years or equivalent 3 to 5 years experience in vendor/supplier management.

At least 1 year experience using Coupa for supplier management (preferred).

Work timings between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time with flexibility outside these hours; occasional travel to Regional Engagement Hubs may be required.

Eligibility limited to employees in L4+ grades with minimum 12 months in organization and current role for internal applicants.

Experienced in vendor and supplier management within HR or related functions, with strong risk assessment capabilities.

Able to work in a cross-functional, compliance-driven environment involving multiple stakeholders.

Capable of handling sensitive/confidential information and driving projects to on-time completion with attention to detail.
