Lead end-to-end technical project management for customer integrations including kickoff, requirement analysis, testing coordination, status tracking, training, and post-implementation support.
Drive API integration configurations and best practice documentation to accelerate customer implementation success.
Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of customer-facing experience in integrations, software delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and tools like Postman, Kibana, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub SaaS.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
Required to work onsite in Bengaluru office 5 days a week; shift 5:00 pm - 2:00 am IST with flexibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in supply chain or logistics technology integrations such as TMS (SAP LBN, OTM, Blue Yonder) and EDI.
Comfortable working autonomously and driving outcomes through indirect authority, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple technical implementation projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
