About This Role
- Lead enterprise-wide workstation patch management and vulnerability remediation initiatives using BigFix, MECM, Qualys, and PowerShell automation.
- Investigate and resolve complex patching and system issues escalated by L1/L2 teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, enforce security policies, and report on patch compliance and metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in workstation patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance using BigFix, PowerShell scripting, and Qualys.
- Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 OS patch deployment and troubleshooting including third-party software patching tools (e.g., PMPC, Ivanti).
- Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell) and managing patch compliance in enterprise environments.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in relevant patch management roles; Location: Bangalore; Role type: Hybrid; Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (IST).
