Graduate in any discipline; Management graduates in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred.
Experience in warehouse setup is desirable but not mandatory.
Certifications like Six Sigma Green Belt, 5S, ASCM CLTD, or Certified Warehouse Management Professional are beneficial but not mandatory.
