Partner cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Payments, etc.) to deliver compliant, seamless engagement programs and contribute to continuous service improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
1 to 5 years of relevant experience in regulated environments such as biopharma, healthcare services, legal, compliance, finance, or consulting.
Experience with or ability to quickly learn Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint/OneDrive, and document management.
Local candidates preferred; role based in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore with shift timing 2:00-11:00 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing operational workflows in regulated environments with strong regulatory and compliance mindset (SOP interpretation, due diligence, FMV, ABAC, transparency reporting).
Detail-oriented with proven ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain audit readiness, and deliver against SLAs in cross-functional, global team settings.
Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, including Medical Affairs, Legal, Compliance, and Payments to ensure smooth end-to-end engagement processes.
