Minimum Requirements
Graduate or postgraduate degree in business, learning, project management, operations, or related field.
8–12+ years of experience in project management, learning operations, content development, shared services, or vendor-managed delivery environments.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with global stakeholders, vendors, instructional design, QA, and operations teams.
Proficient with tools like Power BI, MS Project, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, Jira or equivalent for project tracking and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional work among project managers, coordinators, instructional designers, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders across time zones.
Strong governance and financial discipline mindset to manage timelines, costs, and quality across projects in shared services or vendor-partnered delivery models.
Knowledgeable about L&D content development processes, quality metrics, and vendor management in industrial or technical learning contexts is a plus.
