Lead Product Development for Core Switching and Data services of the Switching as a Service (SwaaS) product, managing design, build, and operation phases.
Own delivery against contracted milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across a large, complex multi-time zone project.
Develop and maintain deep functional and technical understanding of the platform to ensure integrity, scalability, performance, and readiness for growth while supporting other teams for collective success.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years product development or product management experience in complex, geographically distributed environments.
Prior experience in payments and/or fintech required; experience with card processing systems (authorization, clearing, settlement) preferred.
People management experience; ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
Location requirement: Pune, India only.

Experienced in managing cross-functional product and engineering teams within matrixed, technical organizations with executive-level stakeholder interaction.
Strong technical foundation in complex platform capabilities and risk delivery, especially in payments or fintech domains.
Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on schedule despite complexity and ambiguity, with strong execution mindset and problem-solving skills.
