Inside Sales Representative H/F

Manage order handling processes including order entry, updates, lead time follow-up, and backlog tracking to ensure accurate and timely customer orders.

Coordinate internally with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other teams to maintain order accuracy and support process improvements.

Maintain detailed and accurate data in ERP systems (preferably SAP SD) and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

5+ years of experience in sales administration, customer operations, order handling, or inside sales support (preferred).

Proficiency in ERP systems with mandatory hands-on experience; SAP SD exposure preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, Trade, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.

Fluent professional English communication skills mandatory; located in Bangalore, India; willing for possible international travel.

Experienced in commercial order processes within manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, telecom, or related sectors.

Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams.

Comfortable working independently and proactively improving workflow efficiencies using ERP data and internal procedures.
