Use JLL Smart Building Platform (SBP), SkySpark, and related tools to provide data-driven facilities management insights to clients' buildings.
Coordinate with facility maintenance teams and clients to implement improvements for energy savings, reliability, and lowest total cost of ownership.
Develop, troubleshoot, and deploy advanced analytics in SBP; support system integration, data quality, and reporting to optimize building performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with SkySpark analytics, demonstrating actionable insights and measurable energy savings.
At least 2 years of relevant facilities energy management experience involving HVAC and building automation systems.
Role is virtual but requires significant overlap with U.S. Eastern Time zone; positions based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise combining energy analysis, HVAC/building automation, reliability centered maintenance, and advanced data analytics using SkySpark and SBP.
Ability to translate mechanical/system documentation into actionable insights and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, vendors, and IT teams.
Experience with energy savings calculations, ROI analysis, fault detection and diagnostics, and client training on smart building analytics platforms.
