Lead architecture and solution design for PTC Windchill PLM implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of current PLM systems and define scalable To-Be PLM architectures and deployment strategies.
Provide technical leadership across onsite and offshore teams, coordinating integrations with CAD, ERP, MES, QMS, ALM, SLM, and other enterprise systems.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years experience in enterprise PLM with deep expertise in PTC Windchill and ALM/SLM solution knowledge.
6–10 years experience with enterprise CAD and PLM environments including hands-on Creo Parametric and Windchill PLM integrations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Location requirement: Noida.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-CAD platforms integrations, including Creo, NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, and AutoCAD within enterprise engineering ecosystems.
Skilled in leading technical design reviews, root-cause analysis, and driving standardization in CAD/PLM methodologies and processes.
Proficient in translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable PLM and CAD solutions, including cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.
