AVP - LoanIQ Business Analyst

Translate client requirements into detailed functional documentation and participate in technical design and test planning.

Support business systems analysis, including user needs assessment and development of IT application documents, system specifications, and test plans.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver projects while implementing risk analysis, monitoring application operations, troubleshooting, and supporting client training and demos.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience in banking or financial industry preferred; business or technical analyst experience required.

Familiarity with JIRA, Agile delivery processes, and tools like Visio, Confluence, Excel is desired.

Work Experience Required: Experience working closely with business teams to understand requirements and involvement in software development or IT support contexts preferred.

Experienced in business analysis within banking or financial services, with strong capability in documenting business and functional requirements.

Comfortable working in Agile environments and using project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Able to engage with both business and technical stakeholders to translate complex needs into workable solutions, with a focus on risk and compliance considerations.
