Minimum Requirements
8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js for frontend and backend development.
Experience with Java and Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native SaaS applications.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka (or similar), Azure/cloud-native technologies, CI/CD, and REST APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable working hands-on while guiding multiple engineering teams through architecture and development.
Deep skills in building scalable distributed systems and SaaS applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend microservices.
Proficient in driving technical decisions involving event-driven, cloud-native, multi-tenant architecture and mentoring engineers on best practices.
