Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Technology (B. Tech.); Computer Science or related fields preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analysis, business analysis, or related data analysis roles.
Strong hands-on skills in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience analyzing US healthcare data including medical and pharmacy claims, and patient-level data from sources like McKesson Compile, Symphony PatientSource, or equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with healthcare data products involving claims, formulary, market access, or patient analytics in a product or client-focused environment.
Familiarity with data validation, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in agile product development contexts.
Comfortable with cloud platforms like Snowflake, knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems, and exposure to tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
