Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) operations for the USA region, ensuring timely invoice processing, payment accuracy, and compliance.
Manage stakeholder relationships across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Tax, and suppliers to resolve disputes, improve processes, and support working capital optimization.
Drive AP operational performance, controls compliance, team leadership, and continuous improvement projects including automation and transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
Minimum 8 years of progressive Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Finance Operations experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing Accounts Payable teams in a large corporate environment.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP VIM, Ariba or similar ERP platforms required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability managing complex, multi-site AP operations within a global corporate or shared services setting.
Experience leading AP process improvement, transformation, and automation initiatives.
Strong financial acumen combined with operational leadership and compliance/risk management expertise.
