Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
5–8 years of procurement/contracts experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, or Infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), ERP systems, procurement tracking tools; experience with vendor management and commercial negotiations.
Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in relevant procurement roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing procurement for complex real estate or construction projects requiring multi-stakeholder coordination.
Strong operational focus on vendor evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and compliance adherence.
Comfortable working with procurement MIS, advanced Excel analysis, and ERP systems to track and optimize procurement schedules.
