Configure and support D365 Commerce Point of Sale (CPOS) including retail channels, stores, registers, devices, and POS profiles.
Manage product variants, pricing, promotions, payment methods, and retail store operations such as sales, returns, inventory inquiries, and cash reconciliation.
Lead fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, go-live support, hypercare, and troubleshoot synchronization issues between D365 Commerce and D365 Finance & Operations.
Minimum Requirements
At least 6 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Commerce.
Hands-on expertise in Commerce Point of Sale (CPOS) and retail channel/store configuration.
Experience in retail industry, preferably in apparel, fashion, or garment sectors.
Work Mode: Hybrid (part onsite, part remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in retail business processes with a focus on product variants by size, color, and style.
Proven track record in store rollouts, POS integrations, go-live, and hypercare support phases.
Strong functional consultant skills including requirement gathering, functional documentation, and end-to-end solution delivery within Commerce and retail operations.
