Execute operational tasks in F&A domains such as Record to Report, Financial Reporting, Variance and Cost Analysis following defined process guidelines and SOPs.
Meet operational targets/SLAs including volume, timeliness, productivity, quality, and customer experience within the FPI Group.
Identify and suggest process improvements, contribute to knowledge management, maintain quality standards, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.
0 to 3 years of experience in Shared Services within Financial/KPO/BPO industry, preferably in F&A domains like Record to Report, Financial Reporting, Variance and Cost Analysis.
Knowledge of ERP and systems such as BAAN, Ariba, PeopleSoft, SRM, SAP, MS-Outlook, MS-Access.
English language proficiency required, plus understanding of SLAs and Quality Management Systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiarity and experience with financial process operations and shared services environment in global companies.
Ability to adhere to process guidelines and quality standards with attention to detail and basic analytical skills.
Comfortable interacting with diverse and cross-cultural stakeholders and able to manage communication effectively within teams and with business partners.
