Associate Manager, Commodity Management and Sourcing

Provide analytical and commercial support to Global Category Leaders for execution of global category strategies including spend analysis, market intelligence, and executive insights.

Support global and regional negotiations via cost modeling, benchmarks, contract renewals tracking, and compliance management.

Manage category governance activities such as council meeting logistics, action tracking, and supplier review preparations while partnering with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.

12-15 years of experience in category management, direct strategic sourcing, or source to contract.

Strong exposure to global suppliers and experience supporting global or regional sourcing teams in a matrix organization.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for strong analytical tasks.

Experienced in working within fast-paced, global matrix organizations with cross-functional, regional stakeholder engagement.

Capable of managing complex priorities with a structured problem-solving and commercial mindset.

Familiarity with HVAC, rotating equipment, or engineered component supply base and with global negotiations across APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions.
