Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with architectural focus.
Proficiency across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, HRSD, SPM) and platform functionalities including scripting, integration, workflow, and reporting.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years in ServiceNow development and architectural roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within regulated environments, ideally life sciences, with strong knowledge of GRC (IRM, TPRM) and compliance.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into prioritized technical backlogs collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders.
Demonstrated capacity to operate independently managing multiple priorities and providing clear communication across technical and business teams.
