Lead design, build, deploy, and maintenance of application layers, services, APIs, and user experiences integrating AI/ML into core business workflows.
Provide hands-on technical leadership for full-stack engineering initiatives, contributing to architecture, code quality, API design, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Ensure applications are secure, reliable, scalable, performant, and aligned with enterprise standards, while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve risks and evolve reusable application patterns.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and operating production applications.
Strong proficiency in full-stack development including backend and frontend; Python experience strongly preferred; experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar languages is helpful.
Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities such as model APIs, LLM-powered workflows, intelligent automation, or data science outputs into applications.
4-year degree or equivalent experience.
