Own design and implementation of algorithmic solutions including data understanding, feature engineering, model development, validation, testing, and deployment to production.
Define solutions, develop problem statements with business context, and drive metric definition to validate model performance within AdTech domain.
Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and business partners to integrate performant algorithmic solutions into ad serving technology platforms and influence roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantitative disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) plus 6+ years professional experience or equivalent industry experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, SQL, Hadoop/Hive required; knowledge of Spark, Scala, R, Java is desired but not mandatory.
Experience in optimization, simulation, statistical models, and advanced statistical techniques such as regression, clustering, PCA, and forecasting.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years professional or equivalent industry experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise in AdTech including customer relevancy models, bidding strategies, click through rate modeling, or related advertising technology.
Experienced in building scalable machine learning or optimization algorithms for real-world business problems in large data environments.
Able to lead technical strategy and execution while mentoring junior team members and collaborating broadly across data sciences, product, and engineering teams globally.
