Manager Software Engineering - Azure Integration

Lead multiple software engineering teams to deliver enterprise-scale integration solutions, APIs, and dealer deployment capabilities aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards.

Own end-to-end delivery of integration and platform initiatives ensuring adherence to sprint commitments, release milestones, and operational readiness for successful deployment.

Provide technical and architectural leadership focusing on Azure, .NET, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and integration technologies while managing stakeholder relationships and engineering governance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in engineering leadership or people management roles.

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, .NET/C#, SQL Server, Azure Integration Services, APIs, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise integration platforms.

Experience managing globally distributed teams, vendor partnerships, and delivering enterprise-scale software in large B2B, dealer, supply chain, or enterprise platform environments.

Experienced leader capable of managing multiple engineering teams with a focus on scalable, secure cloud-native integration solutions using Azure ecosystem technologies.

Strong strategic and operational stakeholder management skills to align technical delivery with business goals in complex enterprise environments.

Proven ability to drive software delivery predictability, quality, and operational excellence including Agile/DevOps practices and global team collaboration.
