Lead multiple project teams comprising internal and outsourced software engineers across all design and development stages for complex products and platforms within HPE Hybrid Cloud.
Manage and expand partnerships with development teams, ensuring compliance with design and development standards to improve product quality and reduce failure risk.
Provide software systems leadership including domain expertise, guidance on technology integration, and mentoring less experienced staff across cross-organizational projects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
6 to 10 years of relevant software systems design and development experience.
Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools, languages, and overall software architecture for products and solutions.
Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading cross-functional and outsourced software engineering teams for complex, multi-platform software systems.
Strong capability in software architecture, integration, testing methodologies including scripting and debugging tools.
Proficient in communicating complex product architectures and design proposals effectively at senior management levels.
