Design, develop, and support NAS file protocol and storage system solutions, focusing on SMB, NFS, and related layers.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging across OS, storage, networking, and protocol layers using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, gdb, etc.
Develop and maintain C/C++ low-level utilities, improve performance and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and validation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics, or related field.
Approximately 15 years of experience in systems, storage, or protocol engineering.
Strong expertise in NAS file protocols such as SMB and NFS, and hands-on experience with C and C++ programming.
Experience with Linux/Unix OS internals, system calls, filesystems, networking fundamentals, and system-level troubleshooting.
