Analytics Engineer, Officer

Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytical reporting solutions for informed decision-making across the business.

Contribute to ETL pipeline development and integration of disparate datasets into a scalable analytical infrastructure (Databricks, Amazon Redshift).

Perform data quality checks, validate transformation logic, and document data workflows and reporting methodologies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, data engineering, or related discipline.

Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python; experience with Tableau dashboard development.

Familiarity with Spark, Databricks, or similar technologies and experience with ETL and data lakehouse pipelines.

Experience working in financial services or data-intensive enterprise environments, aligning analytics solutions to commercial and strategic priorities.

Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end analytical products covering data preparation, modeling, dashboarding, and stakeholder communication.

Capable of collaborating with diverse technical and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
