Own and lead end-to-end development and technical strategy for next-generation HPE hybrid cloud storage platforms, including architecture and product portfolio evolution.
Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and manage relationships with outsourced development partners to align with technology roadmap and business objectives.
Coach and mentor junior and mid-level developers, enforce development best practices and operational excellence, and influence decisions at business unit and executive levels.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
10+ years of product development experience specifically in storage/system engineering.
Strong system programming skills in C/C++ with proficiency in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and deep OS internals knowledge.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in storage product development; Hybrid work model with ~2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

Experienced in delivering early-stage (V1) products in modern storage technologies like object, file, or cloud storage tailored for AI use-cases.
Proven ability to architect complex software systems across multiple platforms with focus on innovation, performance, and quality assurance.
Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and architecture of distributed systems, clustering, virtualization, or storage protocols, capable of leading large engineering initiatives.
