Lead design and build of complex full-stack AI-native applications involving frontend, backend, AI orchestration, and cloud infrastructure.
Architect and develop multi-agent AI systems using agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or MAF.
Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for system design, code quality, performance, and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years software engineering experience, including 5+ years as Full Stack Engineer.
2+ years building Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
Strong experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Java (Spring Boot/Kotlin), and agent frameworks.
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) plus CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to architect and deliver AI-native multi-agent systems end-to-end across frontend, backend, and cloud.
Experience leading system design discussions and translating business requirements into technical architectures.
Comfortable mentoring teams and driving technical roadmaps in a complex, multi-technology environment.
