Principal SW Engineer TCP_05

Architect and develop software system designs and methodologies across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.

Lead evaluation and integration of new technologies and outsourced development partners aligned with technology roadmap and business value.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and influence architectural decisions impacting executive leadership and external partners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Typically 15+ years of software development experience, focusing on software systems design and architecture.

Experience designing and developing software systems design tools and languages, including multi-platform integration and software testing methodologies.

Work location is hybrid with an expectation to work approximately 2 days per week from an HPE office in India.

Recognized technical authority with a strong history of innovation, demonstrated by multiple patents or deployed software design solutions.

Effective communicator able to present and negotiate product architectures and designs at business unit and executive levels.

Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring teams within a global technology organization.
