Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or Java, React, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred, or AWS).
Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, containerization), distributed system design, and enterprise-grade software delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leader with demonstrated ability to architect and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions at scale using Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
Experienced in driving engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and leading complex technical initiatives in cloud-native environments.
Practical exposure to AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), AI platform integrations (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), and system design including data engineering and AI observability.
