Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years experience in product development environment focused on storage/system engineering.
Proven track record delivering early-stage or V1 products in modern storage tech (Object/File/Cloud storage).
Strong system programming skills in C/C++, knowledge of OS internals, multi-threaded programming, and debugging in clustered environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale complex data-path software modules, with background in distributed systems, clustering, or high availability.
Skillful in storage product development, including file, block, or object storage architectures and performance tuning.
Comfortable influencing design decisions and collaborating at business unit and executive levels with strong technical communication abilities.
