Own day-to-day cloud operations including administration, monitoring, incident/request/change support across customer environments primarily on Azure and potentially other public clouds.
Execute standard changes and operational tasks like provisioning, access changes, patching, backup validations, and platform hygiene, ensuring ITSM compliance and customer communication.
Use automation and DevOps/SRE practices to improve cloud operational consistency and scale; participate in on-call rotations and support maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years in customer-facing IT infrastructure, cloud operations, systems administration, or managed services support.
Hands-on operational experience with at least one major cloud platform, especially strong on Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP.
Experience supporting incidents, requests, and change management in production environments; familiarity with Windows/Linux server operations, identity/access concepts, networking, and monitoring tools.
This is an on-site role aligning with Eastern Time (EST); ability to travel as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Operates independently managing moderately complex cloud operational tasks with strong troubleshooting and issue ownership skills in live environments.
Experience in managed services or consulting environments supporting multiple customers with strong familiarity with Azure services and operational best practices.
Proficient in scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and understands DevOps/SRE tooling to enhance operational consistency, not just basic cloud administration.
