Lead and execute end-to-end Quality Engineering initiatives across functional, automation, performance, and security testing for digital products.
Develop and govern enterprise-scale performance testing strategies and frameworks including load, stress, spike, volume, endurance, and scalability testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality strategies, conduct release planning and governance, integrate testing, drive quality metrics, and ensure continuous quality improvement.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of experience in leading Quality Engineering initiatives across functional, automation, performance, and security testing.
Proficient with test automation frameworks such as Playwright and knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
Work Experience Required: 6-8 years indicated explicitly in the job description.
