Principal SW Engineer TCP_05

Develop organization-wide software system architectures and methodologies across multiple platforms within the Global Business Unit.

Identify and evaluate new technologies, innovations, and outsourced partnerships for alignment with technology roadmap and business value; plan integration into architecture.

Provide technical leadership including reviewing designs for compliance, influencing executive decisions, and mentoring less-experienced staff.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Typically 15+ years of relevant work experience.

Experience designing and developing software systems design tools, languages, and overall software system architectures across multiple platforms.

Must work hybrid with average 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.

Recognized technical authority with proven innovations such as patents or deployed software design solutions.

Experienced in influencing business unit and executive level stakeholders through technical leadership and communication.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams in complex software system design.
