AI/ML Engineer

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.

Prepare and pre-process large datasets including cleaning, normalization, and feature extraction for ML tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present model performance, and contribute to design reviews and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, AI, or closely related field; Master’s degree desirable.

2-4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles involving model development and deployment.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Hybrid work model requiring about 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

Experience working with real-world, large-scale datasets including data cleaning and feature engineering.

Familiarity with machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, decision trees, random forests, SVMs, and deep learning, including model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning.

Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and work independently within an established framework with moderate supervision.
